Yes – genuinely deleted, not merely hidden: your CVs, cover letters and exports go with the account. If you work without registering, we even tidy up on our own – a guest session and its content are removed automatically once you have been away for 30 days. Only billing records for purchases have to be kept, because of statutory retention periods.

In the app under “Settings” › “Profile” you will find the “Delete account” button at the very bottom. You confirm with your password; if you signed in via Google, LinkedIn or Facebook, you type DELETE instead. After that the deletion is immediate and final – there is no recovery. If you get stuck, just write to us and we will take care of it.

Yes. The controller is Passioncode GmbH, based in Moosburg, Germany, and data processing agreements are in place with every provider used – hosting, payment processing, cookie management. You can exercise your rights to access, rectification, erasure and data portability at any time by email, with no particular form required. Which data is processed for which purpose is set out in detail in the privacy policy.
